At Collingwood Family Dental, Dr. Sarah provides treatment plans based on the individual needs of the patient and aligns with our practice’s mission of providing quality, comprehensive, and patient-focused dental care. Dr. Sarah provides treatment options for her patients to help fit their lifestyle and oral health goals.
Each patient’s treatment plan includes treatment options, number of appointments & treatment length, and estimates for any out-of-pocket costs. Our team is always available to help answer any questions you may have about your treatment plan or dental insurance coverage.
We Offer Direct Insurance Billing
At Collingwood Family Dental, we offer Direct Insurance Billing for the convenience of our patients. This means our team will handle all of the necessary paperwork and financial claims with your dental insurance provider. At the time of your appointment, we simply require you to pay for any non-covered treatment, deductibles, co-payments, or other fees included with your dental insurance plan. We may also ask you for a signature or two before you leave, but we want to make sure the process is as easy as possible for our patients.
We Accept Dental Insurance Plans
At Collingwood Family Dental, we accept all major private dental insurance plans. Please contact us for a list of dental insurance companies currently accepted. At this point in time, we are no longer taking on Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) dental coverages. If you’d like to know if we accept your dental insurance plan, please give us a call and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have!
At Collingwood Family Dental, we want to make sure every patient has the opportunity to receive the treatment they require. If your dental insurance plan does not cover the entire treatment, or you do not have dental insurance, we offer In-House and Third-Party Financing options to help make treatment more affordable by spreading out the costs month-to-month. After receiving your personalized treatment plan and estimated costs, please ask our team about Financial Options and we’ll be able to help you through the process!
